I'm Nick Garcia — a leader, builder, and strategist with 15+ years helping mission-driven organizations get more out of their digital presence.

Most of my career has been spent helping mission-driven organizations get more out of their digital presence — not just building websites, but building the teams, processes, and platforms behind them.

At Harvard Alumni Affairs & Development, I led a six-person cross-functional team managing eight web properties serving more than 100,000 users. Before that, I spent seven years at Blackbaud, where I worked with enterprise-level nonprofit clients — organizations like Feeding America, the American Cancer Society, and the Humane Society — helping them get more out of their digital platforms.

I started as a hands-on web developer — which means I still speak the language when things get technical. I care about the details and the big picture. And I do my best work inside organizations where the mission genuinely matters.
